SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

All items at Muse Feminist includes tax, and excludes any relevant shipping and/or handling fees that are calculated during checkout. Orders are shipped with Swiss post and have a processing time of 2-3 business days after an order has been placed. Any order which takes longer will be notified by Muse Feminist via email. All orders do not have a guaranteed delivery time after the order has been shipped, and we take no responsibility in delays that are caused by shipping after the item has left us.

Orders will have a tracking number attached, that will be sent via email. For parcels that are deemed lost or are significantly delayed, the buyer will need to contact Swiss post directly to raise the issue. Muse Feminist cannot be held responsible for late or missing deliveries, whereupon a valid proof of shipment and valid tracking number has been provided.


RETURNS

Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be exchanged or refunded. Please note we also do not offer refunds on change of mind purchases. However, we’ll be more than happy to replace or refund products damaged during transit. If your candle was damaged during shipment, please contact us at info@musefeminist.com with proof of damage within 24 hours of receiving the order.

If you are not happy with your purchase, we accept all returns that are full priced and they are issued as Store Credit. Store Credits expire within 12 months, and can be used on any item online.  

We try our best to accept all items returned to us, however, please observe our policy as follows here.

 

NATURE OF PRODUCT

Customers of Muse Feminist agree that every item is handmade and can carry minor imperfections that vary from the website images used. This is all apart of the natural nature of the product and cannot be deemed a fault.
